Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal for consumers

1.1 As a consumer, the customer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the instructions listed in the appendix. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed activity can be attributed.

1.2 The cancellation period begins when the contract is concluded and ends after 14 days.

1.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us an email to support@10xroas.de or a letter to: FINVEST VENTURES LTD

LONDON using a clear statement (e.g. a with letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

1.4 In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

1.5 Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital products.

a) If a digital product (e.g. an online program, an online course, an e-book, an audio file, etc.) is purchased and the entire content is made available immediately, the customer waives his right to object when concluding the contract expressly agrees.

b) We would like to point this out directly before completing the order:

By signing and returning or confirming the contract, the customer confirms that FINVEST VENTURES LTD will begin executing the contract before the cancellation period expires. I have taken note that with this consent I will lose my right of withdrawal once the execution of the contract begins
